Interiors in Fiskars
What was everyday life like in Fiskars in the 1890’s? Join a guided tour on Fiskars Museum’s interiors, for instance workers’ room, salon, baking and mangling rooms. A 45-minute guided tour costs 4 euros and includes the museum’s entrance fee.

Olympics in the Standing exhibition!

The museums Standing exhibition has now been extended with a little exhibition about the Helsinki olympic games in 1952 and the world championships in orienteering held at Fiskars in 1966. Welcome! The museum is open sat-sun 13-16 and on request. Don´t hasitate to call or knock on the door!

Vinterseason introduced

The recently finished Segerstråle-exhibitions was well received by the visitors! Thanks to all who where involved in the exhibition especially them who kindly lent their paintings for the exhibition! Despite the fact that the summerseason´s ended there is still mutch going on at the museum. We are already working on this years christmasexhibition and the new exhibition that is due to be opened i the museum´s shed in summer 2010. The museum is open through winter on saturdays and sundays 13-16 and on request. If you are in the neighbourhood during weeks and would like to pay a visit don´t hasitate to knock on the door!

Groups are welcome

It is time to book your groupvisits to Fiskars museum for spring and summer 2008. In summerseason you can visit our standing exhibition and theemeexhibition Lennart Segerstråle´s Fiskars, both for the normal entrance fee. If you prefer a guided tour, the museum staff are happy to tell you about Fiskars Iron works and the people who lived here. Remember to book guiding in advance. Don´t forget that the museum is open through winter on saturdays and sundays 13-16 and on request. If you are in the neighbourhood during weeks and would like to pay a visit don´t hasitate to knock on the door!
